“Pa e regjistruar pronën, nuk është prona jote” - Gjakovë |ENG |ALB

Në vazhdën e aktiviteteve të projektit të Shoqatës së Juristëve “Norma”, më datë 24.01.2025, në Gjakovë, u zhvillua një tryezë e rrumbullakët me moton “Pa e regjistruar pronën, nuk është prona jote”. Në këtë tryezë u prezantuan Udhëzuesi për regjistrimin e të drejtave pronësore dhe fletëpalosja “Informohu dhe regjistroje pronën”.

Para të pranishmëve, Prof. Haxhi Gashi, ekspert i lartë ligjor, dhe znj. Flutra Hoxha, eksperte për të drejtat e njeriut, elaboruan udhëzuesin dhe fletëpalosjen që synojnë informimin e qytetarëve , por që do t’u shërbejnë edhe noterëve, avokatëve dhe zyrtarëve e zyrave të kadastrit.

Pjesëmarrës nga fusha të ndryshme, duke përfshirë zyrtarë të kadastrit, noterë, avokatë dhe pjesëtarë të shoqërisë civile nga Gjakova dhe Peja, zhvilluan një bisedë interaktive dhe shkëmbyen përvojat në çështjet pronësore-juridike.

Znj. Virgjina Dumnica, Menaxhere e Projektit, konstatoi se diskutimet e zhvilluara në tryezën e rrumbullakët konfirmuan arritjen e qëllimit për nevojën e hartimit të Udhëzuesit dhe theksoi koncizitetin e sqarimeve dhe udhëzimeve në Udhëzues përkitazi me llojin e së drejtës sendore (pronësore) që parasheh ligji, regjistrimin e të drejtave pronësore, përmbajtjen e së drejtës pronësore, si dhe dokumenteve të nevojshme për regjistrimin e pronës.

Ky Udhëzues është për përdorim dhe informim të shpejtë të qytetarëve për të drejtat pronësore që regjistrohen në kadastër, si dhe për profesionistët e angazhuar në këtë fushë.

Ky projekt përkrahet nga Misioni i Kombeve të Bashkuara në Kosovë.

In the continuation of the activities of the project of the Lawyers' Association "Norma", on 24.01.2025, in Gjakova/Djakovica, a roundtable was held with the motto "Without registering the property, it is not your property". At this roundtable, the Guide for the registration of property rights and the leaflet "Get informed and register the property" were presented.

Before the attendees, Prof. Haxhi Gashi, senior legal expert, and Ms. Flutra Hoxha, human rights expert, elaborated the guide and leaflet that aim to inform citizens, but which will also serve notaries, lawyers and officials of cadastre offices.

Participants from various fields, including cadastre officials, notaries, lawyers and members of civil society from Gjakova/Djakovica and Peja/Pec, held an interactive conversation and exchanged experiences on property-legal issues.

Ms. Virgjina Dumnica, Project Manager, concluded that the discussions held at the roundtable confirmed the achievement of the goal for the need to draft the Guide and emphasized the conciseness of the explanations and instructions in the Guide regarding the type of property right provided for by the law, the registration of property rights, the content of the property right, as well as the documents necessary for property registration.

This Guide is for the use and quick information of citizens on property rights registered in the cadastre, as well as for professionals engaged in this field.
